Growing up I always loved going to the mall for two reasons: obviously shopping, but also the food court! My favorite were the Asian-fusion spots where you got at styrofoam box filled to the brim with yummy food! I’m not going to lie, I sometimes get cravings but thankfully that has only ever inspired me to create my own veganized version.
I hadn’t really experimented with seitan until recently, and I have to say it is the meatiest of all vegan meat substitutes. Because of that, I figured it would be perfect for this recipe. I know this seems like a lot of ingredients but I assure you at least half of the list is in your pantry or fridge already. Also, the combination of all these ingredients makes for a super flavorful end result!
